Marguerite O’Neal is a change strategist, and one of the most sought after executive leadership coaches in the Durham Region and beyond. Marguerite graduated from the University of Guelph with a MA (Leadership), as well as from the Change Leadership and Executive HR Leadership programs from Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She leverages the methodology of Harvard Business School’s Clayton Christensen, the world’s leading authority in disruptive innovation.
