The Cardio Club & Delhi Dance Studio is 24-7 facility. It is located at 17 Elm Street, Delhi, NY. TONS of classes, locker rooms w/showers, and a kids zone for kids to hang while their parents exercise.

The Cardio Club & Delhi Dance Studio was founded by Melissa Wakin in the 1990’s. Raegan Reed purchased The Cardio Club in 2009. The Cardio Club found a new home, in 2013. Owner, Raegan Reed and her husband Travis Reed purchased this building located on 17 Elm Street in September 2012, and began making their dreams come true. The building, formerly known as the Powerhouse, has been fully renovated by Travis Reed Construction.

The Cardio Club & Delhi Dance Studio  is roughly 6000 square feet! With two fitness studios upstairs, four bathrooms, locker rooms with showers, a kids zone and more!

Although this facility is open 24-7 for our members, with keycard access, the staff members are available to offer guidance Monday through Thursday and trainers can be hired at an additional cost. To help our members attain their goals, we also have fitness software that can track measurements and improvement.
