Meat & Flowers is a florist and butcher shop in the Western Catskills, offering floral-design services alongside the sale of pasture-raised meats from local farms. 

Owners Sarah Bronilla and Luke van Unen arrived in the region a decade ago, having immediately fallen in love with the landscape and community. They soon realized the real need for a way that farmers could benefit locally from their hard work in agriculture and raising livestock. Focusing on the sale of quality meat and beautiful flowers, Meat & Flowers is a platform for farmers to build and expand a wholesale business that reaches the locals, then growing farther afield to reach chefs and florists in New York City. Beyond the store we also provide event and design services for weddings and corporate functions.
