The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Delaware County (ADAC) is dedicated to the prevention of alcohol and substance abuse by providing education, information, and referral services.  Our role as prevention is to reduce risk factors through promoting protective factors in individuals, families, and communities.  Prevention empowers individuals of any age to make healthy choices and focuses on the well-being and skills of the individual.  ADAC is a community support and structure that helps equip individuals with knowledge, skills, and opportunities to navigate challenges on the way to building a full and health centered life.
