Family Planning of South Central New York, Inc. provides high quality confidential health care and education to women and men, adults and teens at five medical centers in Sidney, Walton, Oneonta, Norwich and Binghamton. Private insurance and Medicaid are accepted, and no one is turned away, regardless of income or insurance. Walk-in patients are welcomed. Family Planning offers annual exams, STD testing and treatment, lifesaving cancer screenings, all forms of birth control, rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV-negative people.
