About Us
Delaware County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DCEC) is a not-for-profit rural electric cooperative serving more than 4,800 member-owners in portions of 21 towns within Delaware, Schoharie, Otsego, and Chenango counties. DCEC's primary mission is to provide a safe, reliable, and cost-effective electric power supply to our members while striving to better the quality of life in our local area.
