I have worked in the fields of Mental Health and Addiction for over 25 years and have provided supervision, support, counselling, and empowerment for a diverse range of individuals . My clinical practice is all evidenced based and includes the use of: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing Narrative Therapy Person Centered Therapy Supervision is an important component of professional practice development that helps to ensure ethical, quality service provision to service users and tangata whai ora who access health services. Supervision is key to enabling the mental health and addiction workforce to effectively translate new knowledge into practice.
