My passion for the glassblowing process began at Espace Verre in 2017 where I graduated from in 2020. Since the end of my studies, I strive perfect my technical abilities trough my strong love for the the venetian glass blowing techniques and the history they carry. I’ve had the chance to learn from various renowed glassblowers around the world. My latest travels brought me to Murano, where I had the opportunity to assist and learn from David Fuin, one of the last working true Maestro from Murano.

My growing expertise in the venetian glass technique allowed me to be finalist in the ''Prix François-Houdé'' 2021 and 2022 as well as the RBC award for glass 2022 and 2023. I am now part of the artists in residency at the Harboufront Craft Center.

‘’Afin de grandir comme artiste, j’entre dans une relation intime avec la matière. Le verre est vivant. Par lui-même, il évolue et se transforme. Il faut en prendre soin, l’écouter et être attentif en sa présence sans quoi il est impossible d'apprendre à le connaitre. En engageant cette relation, cette danse avec la matière en fusion, j’apprends sur ses défauts et ses qualités mais surtout à bouger suivant son rythme.

C’est par la fabrication d’objets inspirées des traditions vénitiennes que j’engage une conversation avec le verre. Ces objets délicats, fabriqués depuis des siècles sur l’île de Murano, démontrent par la chorégraphie qu’exige leur fabrication, tous les caprices et toutes les vertus de la matière.’’
