About Me

Carole grew up in an artistic universe.She has a DEC in plastic arts and a bachelor's degree in graphic design.Graphic designer professionally. She earned her living with her ideas, her concepts.Retired, she now lives in the countryside of St-Louis-de-France in Trois-Rivières.The transparencies of watercolor push her towards the transparencies of glass.Stained glass brings him to fusion glass. In 2017-2018She presents her “Glass Totems” sculptures.Inserts of glass enliven old wooden planks.Totems feature abstract shapes or the beauty of nature.2019-2020Clay allows him to push his concepts further. She is experimenting with mass fusion segments, thermoforming. It favors compatible glasses for its colors, its cooking protocols, its transparencies and its fluidity. Its aim is to use the typical characteristics of glass in harmony with the subject.2021She mixes glass, earth, wood with recycled or natural materials to improvise sculptures.
