About Me


Mr. Hachinski is a Toronto-based mediator and commercial arbitrator with over 25 years of experience in executive and senior advisory roles in large cap and smaller, high-growth companies. In these roles he was responsible for complex product and service portfolios ranging from 7 to 9 figures and developed a reputation for negotiating successful partnerships and alliances among different organizations. Through navigating and resolving commercial disputes, he developed an affinity for ADR as a timely, practical, and cost-effective option to resolve issues that arise in business and in life.

He earned an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, a BSc in biology from Western University and a certificate in conflict management and mediation from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Hachinski is currently pursuing his LLM in dispute resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

He is co-chair of the ADR Institute of Ontario's Business & Commercial section (ADRIO), and a full member of ADRIC, the ADR Institute of Canada in addition to memberships in the following organizations:
