About Me


A proficient, professional, people-driven, practitioner ofpeace: that’s Jacqueline in a nutshell. She is passionate about helping people,and in particular, helping people communicate with each other better. She is continuallyequipping herself with the tools she needs to parlay this passion into herlife’s work, which has included a certificate in Public Relations from McGillUniversity, a bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies from Saint Paul University,and completion of the Third Party Neutral Program (TPN) offered by the CanadianInstitute for Conflict Resolution (CICR), in addition to her qualified mediator(Q.Med) designation with ADRIC. Jacqueline currently works full time in thefield of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Prior to that, she worked inadministration at the Ottawa Police Service, following 15 years in customerrelations and marketing roles across many industries and sectors. Outside ofher paying “gigs,” Jacqueline has facilitated small groups for over four yearsat local churches and recently started co-facilitating TPN modules at CICR. Shealso completed her certification to be among the inaugural cohort of ForGivingForRestoring Canada (FFC) facilitators, offering unique workshops in the areaof forgiveness and restoration. Jacqueline also serves as a volunteer mediator and conflict coach with two local community mediation organizations.
