About Me
I have a 38 year career in the Canadian institutional, commercial industrial construction industry. I worked my way up through the operations side of the industry holding positions of superintendent, project manager, cheif estimator, vice president and president, where I owned and managed a $750 million contracting company. I have deep operational experience in fixed price, design build, construction managment and P3 contracts as well as bidding and tendering work. In Ontario, I am a certified adjudicator under the new Construction Act and an expert on prompt payment and adjudication.
