Truro Raceway Ltd is dedicated to securing the future of Harness Racing in Truro while fostering a thriving community of participants and enthusiasts. Our mission encompasses providing top-notch facilities and equipment for the promotion and engagement of Harness Racing, as well as organizing and sponsoring events that celebrate the sport.

To achieve these goals, our Board of Directors, led by Chairperson Arnold Hagen, oversees strategic planning, contract negotiations, and customer access. Comprising up to nine members, including a president and secretary-treasurer, the board ensures efficient operation and advancement of our objectives. Notably, one director always represents the interests of the THHOA membership.

Our esteemed board members include Karen Casey, Jolee Martel, Jeff Skinner, THHOA Director Lee Johnson, General Manager Steve Fitzsimmons, and Accounts Manager Darlene Cail.

With a rich history dating back to its establishment as one of Canada's oldest racetracks, Truro Raceway continues to thrive. From May through November, our half-mile track hosts live Harness Racing events. Additionally, we offer Simulcast Racing experiences at both Truro Raceway in Truro, NS, and the Mill Cove Brew Pub in Bedford, NS, allowing enthusiasts to enjoy live streams and wagering on premier tracks across North America.
