The University of Saint Mary was founded in 1923 by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth as a Catholic, liberal arts college. They serve more than 1,300 students on two campuses with a goal to educate students to their full potential and prepare them to become a contributing member of our global society. The university offers students study abroad opportunities to fulfill foreign language requirements and gain a more international perspective.
