Community Development Halton (CDH) is a nonprofit organization that serves as a capactity building agent in tha Halton community through its two programs: Volunteer Halton and the Social Planning Council.
We provide research and community development supports serving community nonprofit agencies, municipal and regional government, and local grass roots organizations concerned with building vibrant and inclusive communities where all people prosper.
CDH builds community capacity, individual leaders, and innovative organizations through community-based research, needs identification, education, and training, volunteerism, community engagement, and policy analysis for systems change.
