Park University was founded in 1875 championing access to education and service for its students. Today, Park University has over 15,000 students spread across over 41 campuses in 22 states. Park has also worked to expand their connections with the United States Military by providing post-service educational opportunities and military experience credit. Park University and its flagship Parkville campus serve international students representing 58 countries. 

Park University has been a longstanding partner with the International Relations Council of Kansas City and was its original Higher Education Member. With over a decade of membership and numerous cooperative events, the IRC and Park University continue to support the goals of both organizations by providing collaborative programming such as Your Global Future College and Career Fair.
