Vicky M. Ringuette is a bilingual lawyer, mediator and legal coach with offices in the Hamilton region. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa in both the Communications Program and the Common Law in French Program. She practices Family Law with an emphasis on child welfare, custody and access and child support. She also practices in the area of Fertility and Surrogacy Law where she is an advocate for all parties who are involved with third party reproductive technology. She is a panel lawyer with both Legal Aid Ontario and the Office of the Children's Lawyer.?ÄØIn her role as child's counsel, she has received special training to work with crossover youth that are involved in both the child welfare and youth criminal justice system and victims of human trafficking. She is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Officer panel in Hamilton. She is a Legal Aid Settlement Conference Facilitator working with communities from the Hamilton, Niagara, Peel, Haldimand & Norfolk, Brant and the Six Nations reserve. She is a member of the Board of Directors of l'Association des juristes d'expression fran?ßaise de l'Ontario and FDRIO. She is also a member of the? Legal Aid Ontario French Language Services Advisory Committee.
