About Us

Member Since December 2019,

The Jewish Vocational Service was founded in 1949 to help Holocaust survivors and refugees build better lives in the United States. Today, their services extend to refugees in need of help with school or employment. They work to integrate refugees into the community, promote health and wellness, and support self-sufficiency by offering employment services. One of their most popular events in Kansas City is the Global Table benefit, to continue helping the city become a place where all people are welcomed and valued.
