Tena Koe I have had a lengthy career in mental health and addictions in clinical and leadership roles adult, child and youth, establishing services and providing management and supervision support. My roles have encompassed working across all associated agencies including Justice and Oranga Tamariki and with AOD and mental health specialist services. I have assisted in establishing Te Tumu Waiora PHO services in Canterbury. I particularly appreciate providing supervision for others because of the value supervision has added to my practice. To come away with some clarity and ethical and values-based direction is incredibly helpful. Glenda.
