Hilary has owned and led Riverdale Mediation since 2001 where she and her colleagues provide top quality, affordable and accessible family mediation, arbitration and parenting coordination services. Riverdale specializes in effective online dispute resolution.
Riverdale also is a North American leader in providing family mediation, arbitration and parenting training for FDRP and OAFM Certification designations. Riverdale has trained, mentored and supervised many hundreds of family mediation students from across the country.
Hilary's work has been honoured by Awards of Excellence from the Ontario Bar Association and FDRIO.
She has also been selected by Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General to provide family mediation and information services in Toronto's family courts.
Hilary is one of the four original Founders of FDRIO and is a former Director of both FDRIO and the Ontario Association of Family Mediation.
