Mr Drake is a Senior Construction Executive and Principal with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, mainly in major residential and commerical projects throughout Canada. Prior to founding Drake & Associates, Ralph previously held senior executive possitions with four major Contractors/Developers and his portfolio includes some of the most prestigious developments in the GTA & Canada. Having the skills and experience of being a professional quantity surveyor, chartered arbitrator with civil engineering has contributed to his sucess in all aspects of construction and development.
