I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 21 years of clinical experience working in a wide range of contexts in both the UK and NZ.
I currently offer individual therapy and clinical supervision from my practice in Ponsonby, Central Auckland, with a specialist interest in somatic psychology, mindfulness and compassion based therapies and EMDR. I am also a qualified yoga teacher trained in a traditional hatha-based style of yoga, along with trainings in iRest meditation and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Where appropriate I offer evidence-based therapeutic applications of yoga and meditation for emotional and mental health concerns.
