I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches, according to the goals, strengths, and preferences of each client. These most often include Integrative, Person-Centred, CBT, ACT, Narrative, Brief Psychodynamic, and/or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques.
