We provide swarm removal services for free of charge and are able to provide a quote for established honey bee hives in structures. We are fully insured for the safe and humane removal of established honey bee hives. Retail: - Raw unpasteurized local honey from our Toronto and GTA apiaries. Our honey is harvested in small batches and never blended exemplifying the terroir of each bee yard. - Honey Vinegar Using a traditional static fermentation process, we double ferment our honey to create honey vinegar that is sulphite free. We currently have four vinegars available: Honey Vinegar, Honey Garlic Vinegar, Honey Apple Vinegar and Honey Raspberry Vinegar.
