DISC Flow New Zealand are New Zealand’s most experienced DISC profile providers. Our product range includesDISC Flow® DISC based profiles and Flow 360®, a competency based 360. 

Uniquely DISC Flow® profiles combine DISC and Emotional Intelligence (EI) to create more tailored and actionable DISC reports. By combining a person’s DISC style priorities with their level of EI (Self-awareness and Awareness of Others) the individual has a greater understanding of the impact of their workplace communications and interactions and areas of potential growth and development. The DISC Flow® product range includes individual, leader, group and comparison reports. 

Flow 360® comprises 26 competencies of which 8-12 can be measured at any one time. These competencies include EI behaviours such as communicating effectively and displaying empathy but also other personal and leader competencies such as shaping a vision, decision making, customer focus, advocating diversity and managing remotely. 

DISC Flow® is suited to organisations of any size who are interested in growing communications, trust, engagement, leadership, teams and sales. Our range of products and services include a self-contained Small Business Pack for SMEs to run their own in-house DISC workshop up to Advanced and Upgrade certifications with wholesale accounts for larger clients who have more extensive training needs, their own L&D programmes and the capacity to administer the reports. 

DISC Flow® reports are used around the world with DISC Flow New Zealand® operating within an Asia Pacific grouping of companies. We are therefore able to provide client support around the region through our network of regional managers and Certified Trainers for clients who have training needs beyond New Zealand.
