A little bit about me::
I have been counselling now for over 18 years as both a general counsellor and alcohol and other drug (AOD) counsellor. People experience their lives in many ways. My approach to counselling is holistic. This means I honour a person’s path to self discovery or unfolding as a unique experience. Or more simply, my aim is to help a person have a better life and be happy.
