I have experience creating an AOD intervention program within a Raul setting which had been then run in the mainstream environments. I had co-design and 3 day AOD Rangatahi program based on a marae. I was invited to lead an AOD/Residential service and sometimes staying at the residential home. I have 2 years experience (Clinical Lead) managing teams based in Prison and the community within the Lower North Island. Attempting to co-design each Service's deliver within this challenging environment, stringent protocols and management structures. I endured 2 years as Mental Health Clinician based in the community which had transition from a piolet program to receiving full contracts. My team each been recognized for their efforts and were awarded acknowledgements (Certificates) for their tireless mahi.
