I work with multi modalities – CBT, ACT, Narrative, Client Centred Practice, Internal Family Systems, Systemic modality, Somatic Experiencing, solution focused brief therapy, am a Trained Brainspotting therapist and have experience in the mental health/addictions field. I believe that it is the engagement between the therapist and client which is most important, listening and paying attention to what you are saying and, to what is happening in the room in a non-judgmental, compassionate, caring and warm atmosphere. Background and Experience I have been working in the addictions field for more than 8 years (problem gambling and alcohol and drugs and related issues). In this field, the issues which I had worked with include trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, relationships issues, boundaries issues, communication issues, anxiety and depression, overwhelm and many more. I work with ACC Sensitive Claims clients with trauma trauma informed lens. Supervision Services I also provide supervision in areas relating to mental health/addictions issues and work/practice related issues.
