We are the manufacturer and distributor of hand crafted premium alcoholic distilled beverages, situated in the heart of Niagara Falls.  Our portfolio of brands include Rye; Single Malt Whisky, Vodka, and Gin.

Our Distillery boasts a 1,000 litre copper kettle with stainless steel fermenters. The column still has 21 plates to distill all our clear spirits, providing a finished product that is remarkably clean and pure.

The still is fully automated to control temperature and pressure for better consistency and quality. We distill to a very high proof before cutting our products with water filtered through our own RO (Reverse Osmosis) system. We use the same water that creates the roar and mist of the Falls which originates from the largest freshwater eco-system on earth.
