Dr. Cathy Craven is a Senior Scientist at the KITE Research Institute within University Health Network and a Professor of Medicine (Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) at the University of Toronto. She is internationally recognized as leader in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, medical rehabilitation of sublesional osteoporosis, and health services research. Her work has helped improve the quality and transparency (monitoring) of spinal cord injury rehabilitation across Canada. She is the Founder and Inaugural Chair of the Canadian Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Association, a charity dedicated to enhancing the recovery, health and wellbeing of Canadians living with Spinal Cord Injury.
