Dr. Christine Chambers is a clinical psychologist, professor, and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Children's Pain. Identified as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women, she is passionate about research impact and ensuring her work improves children's pain in policy and practice. As the Scientific Director of Solutions for Kids in Pain/SKIP, she is a leader and innovator in patient engagement, partnerships, and the mobilization of health research. Also serving as Scientific Director of CIHR's Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health, she is a champion of research promoting the well-being of Canadian children, youth and families.
