About Me


Treena is a Trauma Informed Qualified Mediator with an Exec Certification in Conflict Management (Windsor Law School/SHG). She possess a BA (U of Manitoba), BSW (U of Victoria) with a clinical mental health specialty.. She is a Board Member of the Alternate Dispute Institute of Ontario & member of ADR Canada,. She also holds the designations of Certified Workplace Fairness Analyst (WFA), Psychological Health & Safety Advisor, ISO 45003 Certified, Critical lncident Stress Management Certified, Certified Trauma Coach, Diversified Dispute Analyst,  and is affliated with the Workplace Fairness Institute & Respect Group, Canadian Cannabis Dispute Resolution Centre, Cansult Ed and Diversified Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada. She also volunteers with the Halton Community Conflict Resolution Centre.

Treena has experience working in both urban and rural communities (in 5 provinces), private and public sectors. She has experience in community, family, civil and workplace mediations (individual and multi person based), working with persons with mental health concerns and experience in behavioural analysis and crisis response. The diversity of clientele she has worked with incudes unionized members, military/veterans, those involved with the criminal justice system, health care, Indigenous communities, sporting groups, businesses, educational and correctional environments. Treena recognizes the importance of respecting and recognizing diversity, cultural appropriateness and has a proven skill set of working with high conflict and complex issues.
