Established in 1946, the Waterloo Region Home
Builders' Association (WRHBA) is the voice of the residential development and
construction industry. 

WRHBA promotes housing affordability and consumer choice
through a network of professionals that regularly facilitates discussions
between the industry and all levels of government to establish fair and
effective policies that affect development, residential construction, and home
ownership. 

WRHBA coordinates advocacy efforts with the Canadian Home Builders'
Association, the Ontario Home Builders' Association, and other Home Builders'
Associations throughout Canada. 

WRHBA members lead the way in building vibrant,
prosperous and healthy communities through encouraging innovations and
excellence in the planning and building of sustainable communities and in the
redevelopment and renovation of existing communities.
