About Me

I can provide unique solutions to challenges children face in making progress with their learning at school.  My background as a class teacher and resource teacher of learning and behaviour provides me with the experience and knowledge to quickly understand the situation and find a way forward for the school, child and family.

I am experienced at supervising Educational Psychology Students to full registration through the internship year at both Massey and Victoria Universities and have an interest in and experience in
supervising Practice Leaders in the Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour Service.

I trained as a teacher in the United States of America and worked there for five years before moving back to New Zealand 16 years ago. Most recently I was a Practice Leader at Cluster 11 RTLB.  I was an Auckland area school trainer for PB4L in 2016 and 2017.  I am married and have two sons.
