Lynn has been a mediator since 1999 working first as a volunteer for Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview conducting community-related mediations including parent/teen, teacher/student, disputes between neighbours and Small Claims Court cases.
Starting in 2003, she has been conducting mediations through her private mediation practice and, in 2004, became a roster mediator for the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program, mediating civil matters.
Since 2002, Lynn has been acoach and associate facilitator in ADR workshops offered by the Stitt Feld Handy Group.
She has the Executive Certificate in Conflict Management fromthe Stitt Feld Handy Group and University of Windsor Faculty of Law. She is a Chartered Mediator (C.Med.) throughthe ADR Institute of Canada and is a member and on the panel of mediatorsfor the ADR Institute of Ontario.
