Kako's Kitchen is a local Japanese Caterer making traditional and handmade foods.
My goal is to share Japanese cuisine with Sudburians who haven't had the oppotunity to enjoy the kind of foods that we enjoy at home.
Washoku is the faundation of what I do.This means striving to balance food and ingredients in a way that allows each dish and flavour to compliment each other.
Also I try to make food pleasing to the eye.
