I hold a postgraduate qualification in Professional Supervision and a master’s degree with a research focus on organizational decision making and distributed leadership. My practice vision is focused on empowering learning and development; exploring processes for creating fresh thinking rather than applying existing knowledge to established problems (Hawkins, P., & McMahon, A. 2020 Supervision in the Helping Professions. Open University Press). With over 40 years’ experience in disability, education and social services I bring a wealth of experience to professional supervision.
