With experience in health promotion and community engagement, I've had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life. As part of my role, I focused on programs like Green Prescription, encouraging healthier lifestyles.
Additionally, I've stepped into roles within Addiction Recovery as an Aftercare navigator. Guiding individuals through their recovery journey has been immensely rewarding, and I'm committed to providing ongoing support as they navigate life beyond addiction.
One of my priorities has been making sure everyone has access to important health services, like cervical screenings. I believe in building strong connections within our communities to support each other on our health journeys.
