The office is a partnership between the City of St. Catharines and the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE). Services include one-to-one business consultations, monthly seminars and workshops, business plan development and review services, access to the reference library, training and mentorship opportunities, and much more. The office administers several start-up business programs for entrepreneurs including Summer Company and Starter Company Plus.
