The St. Catharines Downtown Association is a non-profit organization that represents approximately 500 businesses in the BIA (Business Improvement Area) including retail, restaurants and professionals. The Association office and its staff members implement, facilitate and monitor all the activities of the organization. The Board and its committees determine these activities.Association staff is comprised of an Executive Director and an Administrative & Communications Coordinator.
