Currently the President and CEO of Tom Closson Consulting, Tom Closson has had a highly distinguished career as a senior executive in multiple health-care organizations, a government executive and a health-care management consultant. He has served as CEO of several major Canadian health-care organizations, and has consistently improved patient care and accountability. A graduate of the University of Toronto's Industrial Engineering program, Mr. Closson has pioneered the use of industrial engineering practises in health-care using process improvement principles to ensure our hospitals and community health-care organizations run more efficiently and effectively.
