Prof. Tho Le-Ngoc of McGill University is well recognized for his contributions to the field of broadband communications. These include the development of new technologies for next-generation on-board processing satellite communications systems, and point-to-multipoint wireless access systems. He has also performed pioneering work in transmission and networking applications. Prof. Le-Ngoc is very active in professional societies, and has been involved in numerous committees to develop and evaluate a wide variety of research programs in information technology.
