Katrina's Cocoon Crew was created in honor and memory of our daughter, Katrina, who passed away in 2021 from a six-year battle with brain cancer. Her dream and legacy are to bring smiles to children fighting cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. She wanted them to just be a kid and have fun by dressing up in costumes and character pajamas.  Our mission is to raise funds to purchase costumes and to collect costumes to give to children receiving treatment in hospitals along with spreading awareness for childhood cancer.  Katrina’s Cocoon Crew currently benefits children at Dell Children's Hospital in Austin, Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center in Austin and St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis.  Katrina’s Cocoon Crew is a 501c3 non-profit public charity.  “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.” Psalm 28:7
