Canadian Mental Health Association, Niagara Branch is one of a network of over 135 branches across Canada offering free access to mental health and addictions services that promote mental health for all and support the recovery of individuals experiencing mental illness.

Providing free programs, services and resources to support individuals (16 years+) who are experiencing mental health and addictions challenges, CMHA Niagara's purpose is to strengthen mental wellness in the Niagara community.
