Colm Brannigan has been an independent mediator and arbitrator for over 20 years.

Colm works with clients and their lawyers to manage and resolve disputes in a timelyand efficient manner using mediation, med-arb and arbitration.

Basedin the GTA, Colm has a province wide practice and is an acknowledged  expert inthe use of the innovative med-arb process and online dispute resolution.

Colm's recognizes that clients need results for the time, money and effort they spend on dipsute resolution in order to help them feel comfortable with both process and outcome.

Colm works collaboratively and effectively with counsel to assist them and has knowledge of many of the substantive legal issues involved in various disputes.

While Colm's practice is focused on the commercial, condominium, construction, employment and real estate sectors, he has experience in a wide variety of other areas including,small business, corporate, shareholders' agreements, commercial leasing, technology,estates, insurance, professional liability, land use, alternative energy and multi-party
disputes.
