A Child's Place Early Learning Centerspecializes in offering quality early childhood education and care for yourfamily's needs. We offer part-time, and full-time care for children two yearsold until PreK as well as before and after school care for the Lake VillaSchool District 41 schools: Martin Elementary, Thompson Elementary, and HooperElementary. We also have a fantastic summer camp program for children entering firstgrade until 12 years old. Our Summer’s focus this year is a Summer of Exploration!

Our teachers build their curriculum on hands-on exploration and discovery tofoster lifelong critical thinking skills and confidence. Children acquire a loveof learning through solid teacher/child interactions, planned age-appropriateschedules, and hands-on activities. We use a child-focused curriculum thatsupports early learners by creating an environment that encourages them toexplore learning materials and interact with adults and peers. Preschoolers learn to build academic skills, develop socially andemotionally, and become part of a classroom community. Through play, childrenlearn problem-solving skills, develop independence and initiative, and practicemath, science, reading, and writing while having a blast.
