About Me
Pierre Tremblay has pioneered the use of innovative maintenance processes and practices at Ontario Hydro/Ontario Power Generation (OPG) which have significantly improved the quality and cost-effectiveness of maintenance activities within OPG's nuclear fleet. His exceptional leadership in introducing innovative human performance methodologies resulted in a ten-fold reduction in disruptive events in the fleet within a five year period, resulting in significant improvements in overall nuclear plant performance and availability.
