Tommy K.W. Lam is the founder and A&R Director of RÊVE MUSIC, a Toronto-based full-service music management company. With nearly three decades of experience in the music industry, Tommy has achieved early success as a rock drummer, sound engineer, and producer. As the executive producer for nationally syndicated radio programs such as "Inside Country" and "Canadian Hot 10", Tommy moved into the music executive role in the mid-90s when he co-founded the startup Digital Groove, one of the first internet entertainment portals that facilitated early adapters of internet broadcast radio, including the popular station EXI (Extremely Independent) Radio.
As a natural out-of-the-box thinker and visionary, Tommy used his tech experience and entrepreneurial spirit to create Canada's first crowdfunding platform, FANPUSH, and design and create the Rock 'n Roll T-shirt brands, COCKYNESS and COCKYGIRL.
At RÊVE MUSIC, Tommy leverages his wealth of experience as an established music industry entrepreneur, artist manager, and business consultant to empower, educate and inspire emerging artists. His driving vision for the future of music enables him to deliver the best of the best in Canada and throughout the world.
