Bauman's Natural Meats and Catering

About Us

Four generations strong, and raising the fifth, our family farm is located near Markesan, Wisconsin in Green Lake County. We, Kalton and Sheryl, have two children and five grandchildren – all of which live and farm with us daily.

Our family believes in and enjoys eating simple, basic foods without a lot of strange, unpronounceable chemicals in them. That means no antibiotics or artificial implanted hormones are used during the raising of our animals. We sell all our natural meats direct from our farm straight to your family.

Crops are homegrown and fed to our animals. No genetically modified grains are used nor are insecticides. Natural fertilizer from the animals is preferred over using harsh, commercial chemical fertilizers, as well as the use of crop rotation to keep the fields healthy and fertile. Cows are on pasture, pigs out in the open air and sunshine, and all chickens are free range, including the egg laying hens. They are well cared for and healthy.

Our family works hard every day to bring our customers a healthy, consistent product with a taste they will remember. Thank you for supporting our local family farm and our tradition of raising healthy, sustainable food for your family.
