Although based in Canada, Poy actively leads various support groups in the Philippines, including "JUAN LIFE GROUP : A Place for Second Chances" focused on addiction recovery, the " Step FORWARD : A Trauma Support Group " catering to adults, youth, and the Rainbow Space, the empowering " ENOUGH : League of Empowered Women," and the nurturing "Yes!: Therapeutic Parenting Community."

Driven by hope and an unyielding passion, Poy dedicates their efforts to guiding individuals who possess a profound desire to improve themselves and surpass their current circumstances.
With a wealth of expertise, Poy holds several certifications and memberships, including active participation in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. As a Certified Trauma Support Specialist and Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach at the Trauma Institute International, Poy leverages a holistic approach to mental health care and recovery. Additionally, he is a Certified Forward-Facing® Coach and Consultant, specializing in health, wellness, and professional resilience. His extensive training includes practitioner certifications in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Mindfulness Master Practitioner, and Counseling from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Poy is also a member of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation.
